(1) What is the plan room utilized for?
The plan room houses all of the proposal efforts that LTC is currently working and accepting bids for.
(2) How do I create a user account on the LTC Plan Room?
Go to the Plan Room Homepage and Click on the "register" tab located on the left hand side of the screen. This is where you can create a user account.
(3) How do I submit a bid to LTC?
Click on the proposal effort you are interested in submitting a bid on and follow the instructions located on the project homepage.
(4) How do I see all of the documents for a proposal I am interested in submitting a bid on?
You must register and create a user account before you can view any documents on the plan room. If you already have an account you'll have to login to view the documents.
(5) I keep getting a pop up request to prequalify. How do I prevent these pop ups from showing up?
The only way to do this is to complete the prequalification.
(6) I do not want to receive any more bid invites for a proposal. How do I stop receiving emails?
Click on the proposal that you do not want to receive information on the plan room and choose the option "My company will not be bidding on this project" or click on the "Stop following this project" which is located on the same page.
(7) I forgot my password. How do I obtain this information?
Click on the "Forgot Password link" that is located on the left-hand side of the Plan Room Homepage. Enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you. If you don't receive an email from us it's because your password wasn't found in the system.
(8) Why do I have to recertify information I've already provided?
In order to ensure better service to you and accurate reporting to our clients LTC requires certain information (Representations & Certifications, Health and Safety records, etc.) to be resubmitted annually.
Private plan rooms are created for projects dealing with sensitive materials or located in warzone areas. These plan rooms are only available to invited vendors. If you were sent a bid invite, the private plan room will automatically appear on your list of plan rooms once you log in with your user account.
(10) Will you sell my email address?
We'll use your e-mail address when we send information about your account or notification of any new subcontract opportunities. We will not share or sell your address.
(11) I have a question which is not listed, who should I contact?
